REVIEWS

Long review alert. A part of me does recommend this place and then the other part of me doesn’t recommend. I will give this place another try but I will request Tan just based off of other reviews. I did make an appointment I was greeted immediately and sat immediately. I was in an out in an hour and a half. It is very pretty and clean on the inside. The tools used on me however were not clean. Legally they should be using brand new nail files on every single client. Mine was not clean in the slightest, Neither was any other tool she used on me. I don’t know if they don’t cut cuticles or the skin around your nail, but they did not do anything to the skin around my nails and my skin is very dry and I pick at my cuticles. I was having to push my cuticles back in between her gluing on my tips. I have never not had my cuticles cut anywhere else. From a far my nails are beautiful. I did have to ask her when she was done to go back and fix the base of the nail where it meets my cuticle because it did not transition into my nail nicely. There was a bump then a space where you can see my natural nail then my skin. You could tell she was a little irritated that I asked her to fix it after she was all done but she never asked me how I liked them throughout the process. When she was done I thanked her and she told me it’s not a problem as long as I’m happy she’s happy. I don’t mind not having any conversation with my nail tech. But checking in with me every now and then and asking how I like things is always nice and can prevent having to fix something after you’re completely finished. I noticed all the other nail techs were having conversation with their clients and every other client got offered a drink. I did not but that isn’t a big deal to me. After she went through and filed the base of the nail down a little bit she asked me if it was good and I just said yes even though it could’ve been done more. Then she reapplied the topcoat and she was trying to hurry and she did mess up three of my nails But I did not notice until after I left. You can only notice if you’re looking really closely. I know most people won’t read all of this but take it for what it is. this is my experience I wish they would’ve paid a little bit more close attention to the little details and the thickness of the nail around the cuticle because that makes all the difference when your nail starts growing out. The original charge was $40 + $5 for the length and $5 for the glitter. I in total paid $55 including tip for dip.

I have had some good experiences here depending on which nail tech I get, and some bad. My last visit was not a good one. The lady I had was not very nice and seemed to rush through my manicure. It was my first time trying dip nails, straying from my routine of gel nails. I asked for them to be rounded, and she continued to make them square. I asked again for them to be rounded, and she said it will be $5 extra to do that. I said that's fine, and she continued to make them square. I did not want to fight it anymore, so I just let her. I left unhappy with the shape of my nails and had to keep them for 3 weeks. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other nail salons that will listen to the requests that I am paying for.

Got off work at 6pm drove 40 min here which is 20 min past my home to be turned away at 6:40 when closing time isnt until 7pm. I was asking for a fill in dipped nails which doenst usually take but 30 min. I understand your tired and wanna go home but customers should never be turned away before 7pm. I will never be back no matter how much I liked it previously because by the time I could get to another place it is minutes before 7pm.
