Had a pair of Harley Davidson boots that had so called lifetime warranty (of course not warranted) that the soles were coming apart on. The owner had great suggestions and promosed them in a week. Not only did he fix that he found another stitch that needed a repair and fixed that too. Not to mention they shined the Boots and didn’t charge anything extra. I understand the previous owner retired and this is a new owner and I think they did a wonderful job!

Boots haven't looked this good in years. Got them resoled, reheeled, and the heel filled (cause I walk funny). Very reasonable price and they polished the upper too.

As other reviewers have said the older gentleman is very unorganized and the shop looks like a tornado hit it!! He does have you leave your items forever!! Called today to make sure my boots are ready after 2 WEEKS for something I could probably get done in a day or two somewhere else.Having said that he does excellent work and is very reasonable. Most places would charge way more to do what he does for 1/3-1/2 the price he charges....the drawback is the aforementioned organization and wait time.He is very humble but if you disrespect him you will get nowhere. It won't get you your items faster....he is so busy BECAUSE he does great work at a great price, go somewhere else if you need it in a hurry...if you need boots stretched Cavenders does it for free even if you don't buy your boots there but they really do not advertise that!! I will update my review after I pick my boots up today if the workmanship is not on par with my past experience.

I brought in my boots because they each had cracks on the bottom, which let water leak through. The owner was able to put brand new outsoles on my boots that look good, have a better grip, and are more durable. Before, I would never wear these boots in the snow because the old outsole was very hard and had no grip at all. Now, I can't wait to use these in all kinds of Colorado weather! The owner of this store really knows what he's doing! Definitely take your shoes to this shop if you want reliable service and quality craftsmanship.

The owner is a 70 + Korean man who although disorganized at times does excellent work. I have had the soles replaced on 4 pair of work boots and another pair repaired all for a very reasonable price.
