If I could rate with a zero I would. WORST customer experience ever. Two of my daughters nails broke within 2 hours of leaving their salon and they did not look good. We called and they said they would fix them but when she came in they talked about her in Vietnamese and blamed her for the nails breaking. Refused to paint the side of her nails if they had to file, which the nails needed to be filed. Finally agreed and left one hand without painting sides or top coat and was careless so she had nail polish all over her hands. My husband who was waiting with her came inside to complain and the owner shrugged her shoulders when he told her we would post a bad review. We have never been treated so rude by a nail salon. There was no reason for their attitude. They may have some good reviews but my experience as a business owner is the bad reviews are the ones you need to read because it may happen to you.

Went to Jen at Snappy Nails on Colorado and got "Dip nails" done. I wasn't sure what I wanted & normaly feel I pick plain neutral colors but wanted something more fun. She suggested we try ombre & I LOVE it! SHE was AMAZING!! Love love love the color and shape! It doesn't look overly dark but it has some sparkle and Pizzazz yet still looks classy . She also super nice and friendly. GO SEE HER!

Jennifer and Tiffany have always been great nail techs for me. My acrylics come out perfect everytime. Haven’t found a place that does my nails as good.

I feel conflicted writing this because my mom and I have been loyal long time customers. We love Mindy and all the girls here are very friendly and hard working. I’ve never had a bad polish job or anybody injury me or any dirty experience on my own. But I am also a Colorado licensed Cosmetologist and I was also trained in nails and sanitation laws. DORA regulates sanitary laws within beauty salons and it is against the law to WORK ON or DIAGNOSE any hair, skin or nail condition that may be considered medical. A woman sitting next to me at the pedicure chairs (who apparently goes in weekly) had bad stages of black toenail fungus on one toe and the girl working on her knew about it, did her regular pedicure, threw away the bin liner per usual but didn’t bleach the footrest or tub which is what you have to do. It’s already illegal for her to be working on infectious fungus that could transmit to another person. Knowing that this woman has not treated her fungus based on what she said and she plans on going every week worries me because she is leaving fungal traces for other customers to pick up. I really truly love the staff here but they aren’t following the most important sanitation laws that are in place to keep everyone healthy.

Been here many times and all the ladies are nice. But today I got this lady called Jennifer. She was horrible. She hurt me twice while doing my nails. When I told her to be careful, she told me nothing happened. I told her she hurt me and she laughed and said there was no blood and that she did not hurt. I asked her why she is laughing and that she could just say sorry. She laughed again and told me that I am tensed and I was scaring her. She told me this is not the first time I am getting my nails done and that I should relax. No sorry once!!!!!! . My nails look horrible too.
