GREAT new nail salon! Everyone was SUPER friendly. Workers had full conversations with us the entire time and no side conversations with each other in another language. The staff was very courteous and friendly Excellent customer service at it's best!!

walked in and even though they were super busy they tried their best to be quick while still providing great, friendly service and amazing, beautiful nails. Will come back. They all listen so well and are very friendly. They take the time to actually make sure you like what you're getting unlike some other nail places I've been to. Love love love!

I have been going to Polished Nails since Chi opened the salon in September 2014. The staff is friendly and I always receive great service. I switched to the Dipping Powder French manicure about 3 months ago and I love it. I receive lots of compliments from strangers as well as my family and friends. Plus, my manicure lasts at least a week longer than my regular manicure did. This is a GREAT place to relax with the beverage of your choice and enjoy being pampered!

It is absolutely beautiful inside!! The staff is so nice, sweet, and friendly. This was my first time going to this nail salon, and I will definitely be returning! I loved it. It is so clean, classy and elegant inside. I got a gel manicure and it was perfect!

So kind and caring about all your needs while you are there. My nails have lasted a long time and always look great when I go here!I like Polished Nails. They have new colors every time l come back . They do good job and great customer sevices.I really love that. I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet.
