I was very excited to try out this new place but this has by far been the worst nail experience. It’s not because of attitude because they were actually kind, it’s based on carelessness and lack of skill.
Yesterday, I got a full set and my left thumb ended up with two cuts (he was doing all kinds of things with the drill & file because on multiple fingers the false nail was stuck to my skin, I get this happens but, never in all my years has it been on almost every finger. It was to the point where He couldn’t even detach the nail from my thumb skin and that’s where I ended up with the cuts because he was trying so hard with various tools) I wanted to wash my hands right away but the tech said that I would eventually get to that step. Later on, they closed and my nails were still drying but, after a while, they rushed me to pay, another worker checked my nails and said they were dry. I carefully got my wallet and BAM! They weren’t dry. They just looked and said “be careful”. (They should’ve fixed it). I never even got an apology for being cut. This is absolutely unacceptable for a professional to do, this exposes the client to potential bacterias and/or diseases if the tools aren’t clean that could become life threatening. I won’t be back. I’m not going to name the tech just be careful if you go, pay attention and be assertive (yet, still kind) I wish I was more assertive.

I just moved from NJ to Ocala and I’m so happy I found this place on my first try. The inside is very beautiful and clean and the receptionist who greeted me was very nice. I got the green tea pedicure and the girl who did it was phenomenal. I wish I got her name but she has a tattoo of writing on her right forearm if that helps. She really took her time massaging and my feet looked and felt great in the end. It was a little pricey because I got the green tea pedicure+ gel but I’m one of those people who likes to treat themselves every once in a while if it’s worth it, and it was definitely worth it. Very happy with the service here and I will def be coming back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I got chrome and clearly the guy that did them didn't know what he was doing. all the nails are pealing and the top coat is coming off. Ive called 3 times to speak to the owner and get my nails fixed. I was told they would fix them and charge me again. I don't think so!!!! TERRIBLE job!!!!! I will never go back and I will tell all my friends.

I’ve been coming here since right after they opened. My nails always look great and so have the pedicures! Kelvin does an amazing job and is always friendly. Many comments about prices bring higher, but this is the best my nails have looked.

I went to this place and I can not be more happy with the outcome of my visit. The staff was extremely nice and I love the fact that I was comfortable in their establishment. I love the way that I was treated and the nails are what I have been wanting since I moved here .That you and I will be back.
