I've been going there since they opened. All the girls are very nice. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Great haircuts. Even with the the new $11 price it's still a low price.

I went in to get my hair cut and I asked for shoulder length and layers the lady just did whatever she wanted! I asked for bangs and she said she couldn't do bangs because of look bald.. I told her i have to put my hair up a lot because my daughter pulls on it she cut it so short I can't put it up now. I am so dissatisfied i will never go back! My hair is very uneven and my bangs are chopped and she cut my small hairs that were growing in so now I have a bald spot! It was nothing that I asked for and my hair is literally butchered! My summer of going to Disneyland and my daughter's 1st birthday will forever be ruined I do not want any pictures of me with this hair! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The lady was also very rude to me and my niece! Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Asked for one length and they cut two inches shorter than what I asked for. I definitely won’t be going back.
