Lynn has been styling my hair for many years! She is an expert at color and pays meticulous attention to detail with every cut. She always does exactly what I ask, following pictures that I bring in, and has never disappointed me. She aims to please and is an asset to this salon! Great atmosphere here, quaint and friendly! I highly recommend Polished Salon and Boutique!

Really didn't want to leave this review but I feel compelled to help out future customers. I went in for a haircut with Lynn. I brought multiple photos and researched the correct lingo to use when explaining my cut. I wanted a simple angled long bob with a blunt cut to help my thin hair look thicker. Pretty much the only thing she got right was the length. The cut was not properly angled. I got a ton of layers in my hair, which defeats the blunt cut. Lynn then texturized my hair, which I later found out is usually done to (1) thin hair or (2) hide a poor job of layering. There was no reason to thin my hair, so I have to assume the layering was poorly executed.
Overall I was really disappointed with my haircut. I had to go to a different salon to have it fixed, as much as they could, but ultimately, I will have to wait for my hair to grow out to get rid of the layers and get back what little thickness I had. I will never return to this salon and I will never recommend it.
However, I will say that the staff was very friendly, and the salon itself is very clean and super cute.
