I made a appointment at her suggested time, I arrived on time. Twenty minutes later she had begun nails on 2 other people and including a pedicure. No acknowledgement that she was running late. But having started 2 people it was obvious she had no intention of doing our nails that we had appointments for anytime soon. We left and called explaining why we left. Her response "it's ok you left." No apology or acknowledgment of not keeping our appointments which I left work specifically for.

I love Lee and Kim! They do an amazing job consistently and take great care of their customers!

Lee does such a great job on my nails every time I visit. I usually just stop in because I often don't know when I will have time, but she always finds time to take care of my oftentimes chipped nails!
