I have been going here now for 5 years. I suggest making an appointment, they do get busy. Large selection of polish and services that are comparable to other nail salon's. The atmosphere is relaxing and the ladies are all wonderful.

Absolutely the WORST place!!
Customer service is ZERO! VERY RUDE! We walked out...Do not waste your time or $$ here. The only reason why they get one star is because you're forced to give a star in order to post your review.

Took my mother to get her pedicure done... we've always gone to Rayford nails but it's kinda far so we decided to try this place since it's 5 minutes from our house..biiiig mistake. The lady that started doing my mom's nails was rude and didn't file her toe nails evenly. Then another lady that started doing her actual pedicure didn't really know what she was doing. My mom showed her a design she wanted and the lady started doing a completely DIFFERENT designs saying it was easier than the other one....mom chose another design, after removing the polish and trying again, apparently she didn't use top coat because my mom's nails were ruined after 2 hours... we will never return to this nail salon!!

I have been coming to the Nail Spot since I was a freshman in high school and I am currently 25. I have tried other nail salon's, but none of them give the attention and detail as Helen and the others give. Today was no exception! I had once again another amazing experience!
If you are in a rush and want rushed service do not choose The Nailspot, as they are thorough and amazing!
