I have been getting my nails done at Luxury nails for a few years now. After what I experienced today I will NOT be back!! I am so shocked by the terrible customer service and the way they treated me!!! I went to get my nails done today, pedi and no chip mani, I picked big apple red, this is my go to color cause I know with the no chip it is a perfect match. Today the girl, Cindy to be exact put on a totally different red, not even close to big apple red. I didn't have time to have them redone before I left but went back later the same day. The way I was treated was terrible, as if I did something wrong. Cindy begrudgingly redid my nails, leaving cotton from the cotton that she used to remove the other color, even after I mentioned it to her she just polished right over it, she left nail polish on my toes and when she was finished just left, didn't make sure I got to where you sit when you need your nails to dry, they tried to make me think I was crazy and that they did match, other customers were on my side, confirming that they were totally different reds. So disappointed with this place!! I have my own business and would never treat my customers the way I was treated today!!

The only place I will go to get my nails done! Everyone is great! They are all well trained and super nice! I love that they know my name when I walk in the door. Milani runs an amazing place!!

Jane was excellent. Paid attention to details. Very professional. Prices were very reasonable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! Poor quality products. The brand of No Chip they use must be conveniently poor quality forcing you to return along with them NEVER painting anywhere near the cuticle so it looks like you have out growth 2 days later!! Avoid this place!!

I absolutely love this place. It’s always kept clean. Very organized. I’ve been going here for some years and every two weeks I get my nails done I schedule to see Anna. She’s a great spirited young lady. She love trying different things, especially new styles, designs, and colors. You can definitely count on her for gorgeous well-polished nails. Oh! If Anna is not available I go to Milani. :-) She’s really great too.
