Called and asked for a Big Kahuna Pizza and was told you have to order it 24 hrs in advance... That's not true. 1: it's not on the website. 2: Reynoldsburg has no issue doing it. I have gotten it many times. I asked to speak with a manager, and they hung up. We had my cousin call and they said they would have to check their dough amount and hung up. We called again and asked for a manager and they hung up again. YOU ARE A HORRIBLE LOCATION. I PROMISE I will not stop blasting you until there is a proper resolution to your EXTREMELY rude manor.

Wow! I once had a blt pizza from here and thought it was pretty good. However, tonight I ordered, and never again! The "Boneless" Chicken Wings were JUST chicken nuggets! The Chef Salad had MAYBE two skimpy slices of ham and some pepperoni, while the Philly Cheesesteak was NOT!
Waste of time and money. Never again. Beware! Read reviews!
Was a fast delivery and nice delivery lady. I tipped well for a bunch of nothing! So sad! Never Ever Again!

My husband and I ordered 2 subs, 1 was a veggy sub with no mayo, the other was a pizza sub no pepperoni. We open the subs and what is on them? Mayo and pepperoni, being a vegetarian pepperoni is a huge no no for us so that was very disappointing, the mayo not as big of a deal but we dont eat eggs, and mayo has eggs so it was a bummer. The delivery guy dropped our sauces on the porch, said he'd bring replacements and never came back. Besides getting no sauce that we paid for and getting meat murder on our sub overall the food was good.This was the 2nd time I've ordered from Crenos and sadly it might be my last.

I love the BLT pizza! How ever I've had at least 3 times I've called to order and they were out of bacon.. 1 of those times I said ok & I would call back if we decided anything else becauae BLT pizza is our go to for Crenos and we never really get any thing else.. Well we decided we wanted to try the philly steak pizza.. So I called back & the person on the phone claims they can't here me. I was in the basement at my house So I went back up stairs and called back.. And I got immidetly hung up on... Also noticed when I've ordered around 45-30 minutes to closing time is when they're "out of bacon"... & I always pick up so not even like they would have had to deliver. I feel like I've been lied to a few times and hung up on twice.. Notttt coooool!
