I've been going to Studio Fixx for about 10 years now. It's a very friendly atmosphere. They do stay very busy and they do accommodate walk ins when they can which I wish they wouldn't then it makes those of us who had the courtesy to make an appointment stay much later because they work the walk ins in between our color, wash, cut and dry which causes a delay. All of the stylists are very good and friendly. The manicurist (Shana) is excellent. I use Patti Gainer and she does a fabulous job on my hair color. My advice is make an appointment and tell them exactly what you need so they can schedule the appropriate amount of time for you.

Seriously couldn’t ask for a better Hair Salon to go to❤️ All of the beauticians are so very kind and are amazing at what they LOVE to do. It’s to nice to go into a salon and feel so welcomed! You will leave Studio fixx feeling so beautiful and so blessed to know such amazing people who take time out of their day to make sure you know you are special to them. They always find a way to work you into their busy schedule no matter the circumstance. My beautician is Alyssa, she is AMAZING!!!!! So sweet, kind, loving and caring. If you are looking for a new beautician Studio Fixx is the place to go!!!💜

I've been to many shops through the years and came to Studio Fix and Patti Gainer at the recommendation of someone else. That was mid 2016. Patty is amazing! She knows her field and attends seminars and hair shows that keep her up on the latest techniques in style and color. I've made my last move.

Wow... I called ahead to ask if they accept walk-ins. The lady explained that they usually are too busy but that they were having a sort of slow day. She told me to come in, and she would go ahead and take me. When I walk in everyone immediately turned their attention towards me. I greeted everyone, and talked to the receptionist then took a seat in the waiting area. The receptionist then proceeded to whisper to the closest stylist. All I heard was "and who is supposed to be doing her hair?" I didn't know if it was because of my race or because everyone had a client. After waiting a while, a stylist came over..... Stylist: "And what will we being doing for you today?" Me: "I would like to just get a trim. Ive been wearing my hair curly for the summer and thought it was probably time for a trim." Stylist:** runs her fingers through my hair and said...** Stylist: "Oh your hair is like a mixed persons hair texture. Are you mixed?" Me: "No, Im African American. Would that make a difference?" Stylist: "No." The stylist then walked away....Im African American so of course this wasn't my first rodeo. Normally I don't let things like that bother me, but the vibe was just so awkward that I just decided to leave.. I remember coming to this hair salon all the time when Leslie was here. That was my girl. I loved her so much, and she was perfect at what she did. I'm missing you Leslie!!
