Services were not explained to me as a first time client.When I called I was told a relaxer was $40.When I was ready to pay I was told it was $45.No listing of services was given or explained to me beforehand.The young lady at the desk was not courteous in her explanation. If a complete relaxer is not included the $40 it should be explained over the phone.In one call I was quoted $30 in another $40. I use shimmering light on my grey.Its a brownish color now. Not happy at all!!!!!!!

This school is most racist school i have ever been to in my life. The students and the staff RACIST!!!! I. Could not talk with any one at this school about it because they would like gang on me in verbal abuse. I wish i new cooperates Number and report them.
