Thank you to Kaya for doing such a great job with my dog, Fluffy! I have a 65lb golden/collie mix who gets very anxious, and they did a great job with him. Prices are reasonable especially for the quality of the work. Highly recommend and will go back. Fluffy looks so handsome and smells great!

I went to this dog groomer for the first time about a month ago. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a groomer. First, they forgot to have my boyfriend, who dropped the dog off, sign a waiver for some of his hair which was matted. They then demanded that he come back to sign it or they wouldn’t cut my dogs hair. We do not live close to this groomer and went out of our way to go here since there were such great reviews. They finally “allowed” us to sign it once we can back to pick up our dog. They the charged me more because my dog needed “more hands” to cut him. In which I asked if he tried to bite someone (which he’s never done before), to which she replied no. If they are going to up charge you for something, this should be something the buyer knows before it is done. They also charged me extra for my dog matted ears, which they DID NOT cut because of his safety. I ended up paying a RIDICULOUS amount for my dog. I was completely unsatisfied. I will never take my dog here again and make sure my friends know not to take thwir dog to this overpriced, rude establishment.

Used to take our dog here. They give you the best groomer first time, then afterwards switch to someone with subpar experience. Left with fur shaved down so far there were clipper burns, an ear infection directly diagnosed by a vet in relation to poor grooming, and a very sad pup. Owner just denies their customers with bad experiences exist. Save your money, and save your pet the misfortunate of going to this place. Found a new groomer after going to this place that goes leaps and bounds to take care of our pet and not hurt him!

Caring, friendly, fair priced. Their rules and regulations are truly in the best interest of the dogs. They are honest with you when discussing the groom you want your dog to have and they really know their stuff. Once we saw the owner out at an event and she recognized our dog! They have a special touch. We wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else.
