I wish I liked my experience here. Tiffany's has been around since I was a kid, and as I'm in town from NYC for the holidays, I figured I treat myself to a manicure for Christmas. This seemed like the place from my memory to go.
The hole in the wall place I go to in Queens does a better job and charges me $5 less.
Jackie did an okay job on my overbearing cuticles, but the filing was terrible. I had to ask her to fix a nail as it was crooked, I just realized now my thumb nail is crooked, and some nails are more square while others round. I also had to ask her to fill in more of my nail with color as the sides didn't have any, and to remove some of the polish from my finger around the nail. It looked so sloppy!
I give Tiffany's two stars, but not for what I actually came here for - the manicure. I appreciate the feeling of a family establishment, as well as the hospitality. You can tell the owners make an effort to chat with their clientele and offer you beverages. The ambiance is relaxing and I love the wax treatment for the hands. But the nail service itself was dreadful. I will not be returning.

Went there because I had a gift card. When I got there the ladies next to me had a paper gift certificate and were having some trouble when using it. I asked if I was in the right place, because I also had a gift card. I was assured I was at the right place. After a spa pedicure, I went to pay with my gift card and was told they had a new owner, and were changing the name, so they would not accept my gift card. I was pretty angry about them lying to me at the begining of the visit, and told her I would not be back. They have new business cards for "Sunny Nails and Spa", however their sign out front, the door, the price menu, as well as the pillows on their pedicure chair all still say Nails at Tiffany's. Will NOT be going back there again.

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done. Both were done very well, the place was very clean with a great atmosphere, and everyone who worked there was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Tiffany's, they do a great job!
