This was a horrible experience! I have been going here quite a bit in the last several months by myself and with my daughters and have never had any problems. I go for two reasons - one for the service and two for relaxation. However, on Friday August 9th, my service was horrible and my experience was nothing near relaxing (just the opposite, stressful and insulting). I went for a shellac manicure and as soon as I walked in I was told to have a seat and start soaking my nails. I was the only customer at this time so I’m not sure why I was being rushed. I had not even picked out a color yet so the guy told me I could look while I was soaking. Then, because I was moving around because I was looking at colors he got extremely annoyed with me, started being very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even while I was clearly upset and thrown at this time, not one employee asked if there was anything that could be done or my experience improved. In fact, his temperament even got worse as I felt now insulted. Then, to top it off he didn’t even do a good job! It’s only been 5 days and it’s already chipping! Needless to say, I consider my self a loyal customer but that will be no longer, especially when the salon failed to reach both services. If the polish is flawed I can always get a touch up but the lack of empathy and compassion can not be buffed or touched up. I am just glad this experience happened to me and not by two daughters or this review may have had a different ending - momma bear and all. I strongly discourage anyone from the salon’s service so you do not have to go through the same experience that I endured. No one deserves to be subjected to such a service.

First time and we had a great time. First pedicure and manicure. Staff was wonderful. Conversed with us and were very kind. Very relaxing environment. Great and quick communication when scheduling our appt. will definitely be returning.
