Hello everyone, PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT ATTEND THIS HORRIBLE NAIL SPA! NOT ONLY DID I NOT RECEIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT MY FULL SET WAS HORRIBLE. NIKKY DID NOT ONLY MESS UP MY NAILS BUT WAS RUSHING SO MUCH THAT SHE DID NOT PUT ANY DEDICATION TO MY SET. I AM VERY UPSET , I THOUGHT THIS SPA WAS GOING TO BE AMAZING ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS IT HAS BUT IT WENT THE OTHER WAY! I WAS REALLY HOPING MY INDEPENDENCE DAY WAS GOING TO BE AMAZING BUT IT WAS NOT , I WAS EMBARRASSED TO SHOW MY NAILS AROUND DURNING OUR FAMILY EVENTS. I HAD TO GO GET IT FIX BY ANOTHER NAIL TECH THANKS ! HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT NIGHT !

from Hawaii looking for a new place to get my nails done went back a total of four time's within a week to get my nails fixed the first time diamonds were falling off within two days, second time my nails were literally peeling with no ship polish, third time the owner Nikki apologized and said she will do them over for me she only did the polish over and told me to come back the next day for the diamonds because they were busy we discussed a time and everything, went back today she wasn't there they called her and she stated that someone else would put the diamonds on the woman took the polish off she did the day before rushed doing it my nails are now lumpy with clear polish and not even the color that I told them to put on it.. Definitely lost a customer and will be telling everyone I know not to go there I'm so upset

I had a nail appointment today it was a great experience everyone treated me so nice including the lady that did my nails Tracy she did a really good job on my nails will definitely back again!

Yesterday was my first experience in this place and I was very pleased "Fuji" did an amazing job he was very meticulous when doing both my gel nails and pedicure and that's exactly what I want..I don't like rush job best days to go Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
