I love this place and the nail artist Amy! I came in today for the first time on an appointment, and had my previous acrylic nails removed from a different salon. I also got a new set of nails. And let me tell you, my experience with Amy is the best I've ever had. Amy's attention to detail is amazing! She really took the time to make sure each nail is perfectly straight, shaped the way I like it (almond), and made every step of the way very neat. She also would give such cute comments along the way, which helps brighten up your day! Definitely would go back again and make an appointment with Amy!

Maybe I just got a bad person… She took off my two nails I had from my last set off raw, which I don’t mind at all & honestly prefer it that way because I do the same thing to myself at home. But one that she took off was hurting & she peeled off some of my nail & I started to bleed. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but I saw when she put the nail on me there was blood on my skin when she pushed down on the nail & she didn’t really try taking off the nail to clean it. So now I have this big chunk of dry blood under my nail. When she was filing the sides of my nails it hurt a lot, I don’t like to complain so I just took it, but made some faces that I couldn’t help but make. She was filing my skin rather than my nails. I’ve had my nails done a lot, & I noticed that she skipped a lot of steps I guess trying to rush. She also did not help me with finding the color I want. I even googled a picture of the exact color I wanted & she just told me to look around while she sat on her phone. When she finally got up to look she grabbed the complete opposite color I wanted. The nails don’t look bad, but overall it was not the best experience. I paid $60 total for my set, & gave her a $10 tip. I hope I can get someone better the next time I go… or Just go for a pedicure.

Michelle (first station to the left when you walk in) was so sweet and personable. She took the time to really listen to the look I wanted to achieve for my nails and put forth every effort to make it happen. You can tell she loves what she does and has perfected her craft. Very clean and well maintained shop. A plethora of colors is available as is a mini bar with complimentary drinks. Love this place - give it a try!

First time here and was very disappointed.....I chose the $45.00 white tip and when I left was charged $66....when I inquired I was told that I changed to a silver tip instead of white and it was 2 powders.....if that was the case I should have been advised at the time and there was also a $5.00 nail tip charge, which I have no idea what that is for. They also charge $1.00 for using a card instead of cash, however I did not see a notice posted saying that either. My nails are just a basic French with a silver glitter tip, definitely NOT worth $65....I will NOT be going back. It the was the ole "bait and switch" routine. That is actually where you are incorrect no one explained anything to me I did choose a $45 fee and when I asked for a silver she suggested the powder I asked for a silver glitter nail polish so you are incorrect and stating that she explained it to me because she did not nor did she say that there would be an up charge so the proper way to handle that would be to let me know that there is an additional fee for the powder versus just the traditional white tip I do know what the white tip is for your information that is what I always get. So you are making an assumption and it's based on nothing other than your thoughts because you did not check with her or she would have told you that no one explained anything I want to know how much is that up charge and the $5 tip that was on the bill that I received that I had to still sign and and click my card onto so that was not correct either
