I was recommended this by a friend when I couldn't get an appointment with my regular nail technician. I am so glad she did. Deanna did a great job on my nails. She was professional, meticulous and very nice. She done my nails exactly how I wanted them done. This place is cute and clean, which is a big deal for me (the clean part). I love my nails.

This establishment was very clean and the decor was beautiful. I’ve been to other nail bars and the decor is opulent but with browns and tans but here things were white so it felt sterile and that is a plus. The service was fast and they were very professional. I ended up paying way more than I expected but I think it was because of the language barrier or maybe the wine lol, but overall it was a relaxing experience.

Terrible customer service. The lady was on her phone watching shows the whole entire time and even did her nails in the middle of doing mine. To wrap this up the total was $10, and I gave her $20. She gave me a $5 dollar bill that she dug in her purse for and 5 crinkled ones...nice.

My sister and I went and couldn't be more pleased. Katie, Diana and Christi were great and we will definitely make this our new place to go. Very clean and the whole staff make you feel comfortable. Price is very reasonable and tons of colors to choose from.

I'll start with the positives, this place is clean and aesthetically beautiful. It is well-decorated and they serve alcohol and/or other beverages. Nice.
Now, for the negatives:
The services offered at this place NOT all or even a majority "organic." I'm not sure why they are named "Organic Nail Bar."
First, I checked their website BEFORE my cousin and I decided to go here and an "organic foot treatment" is listed as $55.00. Also, the most expensive pedicure on their OWN WEBSITE is listed as $65.00. Almost immediately when my cousin and I requested organic pedicures, the nail technician said it would be $75.00. Which is clearly not advertised on their website, nor anywhere in their salon.
Moreover, my other cousin and her daughter joined us at the salon later, AFTER I expressly asked if they offered pedicure services to children, to which they enthusiastically responded "yes," only to experience an unbelievably RUDE nail technician. She was so inflexible and clearly did not want to deal with a child's pedicure, that my other cousin and her little girl left. What a fantastic experience for a little girl.
The best part? When it was time for my other cousin and I to pay and leave. We inquired as to the price differential of the cost of the organic foot treatment listed on their website, the prices listed on their own printed "menu" of services, and the price we were quoted. We were told that the organic pedicure "isn't listed yet, because they are updating their services." Pretty weird for a place literally called ORGANIC NAIL BAR. Further, the nail technician proceeded to tell us that some of the services we requested were not organic...those would be an EXTRA cost. Seriously? For one, we literally requested organic pedicures and were NEVER told that something like organic nail polish or whatever would cost extra, nor were we even given the option.
TLDR: Pretty sure we were up-charged to make up for their lack of customers. Also, most services are NOT organic, just take your money elsewhere.
