Pretty decent experience so far. I was looking for a particular oil from Botanical Escapes and only a few sites carried it. I ordered from Alfalfa because out of all the websites that carried this product it appeared the most professional and actually had a return policy and reviews. Super fast communication and delivery. There was a tiny bit of leaking from one of bottles but nothing crazy. I also ordered a scrub from the same brand. The scrub had a good consistency but no scent. Seems like it could be old. It was rosemary and mint but didn't smell like anything so won't order that again. I cared more about the oils so not great but got what I needed.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!
I've placed orders before and have never had an issue, THIS TIME has been an entirely different story! !
My order was over $100 but still got charged shipping. When my order was received, the boxes INSIDE the original shipping container were SMASHED! They obviously had been packed that way.
I tried multiple times (3) to contact the company by email (thru their site ) and have yet to hear back from them.
I like the products, but am VERY unhappy with the customer service!

They have very bad customer service. Before corona I had ordered from them and they did not send me my full order. (Missing 6 boxes) I spoke to the lady and let her know that I need my shipment, or refund my money. She sent me 3 boxes and said “that’s all I can do” and did not even return the rest of my money. We may have fallen on hard times, but that’s not how you do business!
