They do really bomb nails here and the techs are nice but I haven’t gone back since I left the salon one day with an ugly set. The were short on staff and one lady was working with me and another client at the same time so she was rushing but there was no reason to leave my nails that bad 😐

I went for the first time and I didn't have the first time experience I wanted, the lady that did my nails was already in a bit of a mood.I wasn't sure how long I wanted my nails so I took a bit of time thinking, she raised her voice at me saying to hurry and she rolled her eyes...i asked for how much it would be for a full set with gel before and she didnt answer me until she put the nails on and told me that it would be $45 just for a basic color in gel...and onwards with the procces she was very rude during all of it...when she got to the color part I specifically wanted a white pink and gold color for a party I was going to but she raised her voice and said "why so many colors??!" And I told her why and she said rudely "it's going to cost you more", and she was actively forcing me to get gel cuz of the cost, she constantly kept filing my nails and it hurt very much most painful nail experience ever, after she finished my nails i noticed she didnt even do them nicely...she left glue on the sides, she left the tips very thick, she didnt paint them well, and she left the acrylic very bumpy as you can see in the photos...never going back and it wasn't worth paying$45 for them

I love this place!!! I had been looking for a new/good nail salon as my nails are something "special". I have a real problem with my acrylics separating easily. It's just something about my nails. I can't just go anywhere because a week later I start getting that uncomfortable separating feeling and if I don't get it taken care of, I end up with fungus under my acrylic. Again, it's not necessarily the salons fault my nails are just weird that way. I saw some reviews for this place and happen get a glance into the salon one day when I went to papa John's a few doors down. It looked clean and modern so when I decided to finally ditch my former nail salon, i went straight to Legacy nails. I was not disappointed AT ALL. I usually pay very close attention to what the nail tech is doing and ask them to correct things I don't like as they work but after he finished my first hand, I realized I had nothing to worry about. He did a perfect job on my nails and mani and I was able to sit quietly and truly relax. I've been back for my fills twice and even got a pedi and still have absolutely no complaints. They are clean, the autoclave (steralizing oven) is at the back of the room which comforts my borderline OCD lol and they're friendly but not to the point of intruding on your relaxing time (sometimes I don't wanna speak or be spoken to). It's been years since I've come across such an all around great Nail Salon. No matter who does your nails there, you won't be sorry you walked in. Friendly Tip: call ahead even if you just wanna walk in. They will tell you who's available or if you ask for a particular tech, he'll give you an exact time to come (usually within half hour) which will minimize your wait time or eliminate it all together. UPDATE: 3/14/19 After calling a few times in the past couple of weeks, I realized that my favorite nail tech "Kevin", probably didnt work here anymore. I'm going to try to find a new fave tech. Meanwhile, every time I ask for a mani and fill or a new full set with mani, they look at me suprised/confused. Do people not usually get a many with their acrylic nails? My natural nails are extra so I HAVE to get a mani every time I fill my nails. Anyway, let's see how it goes...
