I wish I coule give ZERO stars because that's what they deserve.. I went there last Wednesday and the lady started doing my nails, then another customer walked in, and she started doing her nails as well, (she was bouncing between the other customer and I). I asked for rounded, light pink nails, and I didn't get anything near it. My friend was with me and the man that did her nails kept pulling her arm and telling her to stop moving. He was pushing her cuticles back with his real nail that was super long and had dirt underneath it. And as soon as we left LA Nails, she went to her nail lady and paid AGAIN to have her nails fixed. BUT, to make this place worse is, LA Nails charged me $35, I paid just the $35 and didn't tip. 3 days later I checked my bank account and this place charged me not once, but TWICE. And they added a tip to it. I was charged $40.00 and then charged another $15.50 from LA Nails. I still have my receipt and my bank will be getting the extra $20.50 that LA Nails took from me without my consent, on Monday.
Never going back and I don't suggest anyone else to go there.

They DOUBLE CHARGED me and took out an $8 tip when I clearly said $3 and it was definitely legible. They chased us our thinking we didn't pay and requested a receipt, which we had, they did a TERRIBLE job on my boyfriend's pedicure. I will NEVER return and I will preach to everyone what a shady business this is.

Such a disappointment , I Hate it, first time here. Brought my daughter here,Did not feel welcome, felt rushed like they just wanted to get it over with. The guy who take care of my daughter's pedicure seemed confused, and was wondering around ,looking around most of the time not paying attention to what he was doing. He was taking the nail clipper and cleaning it at the last minute, did not seemed prepared. We arrived there after two ladies that were already there and for some reason he was done with us much before them. He didnt even take much effort into painting them right, some of the color was on her toe and it just looked messy. Manicure was ok, but felt like they do this just for the money and not because they want to make their costumers happy by working professionally. I felt it was a rip off, will never come back and to anyone out there ,save your money and don't come here. Don't recommend, it was a waste of money and time.
If I could give it -5 starts I would.

Extremely over priced for bad service. The technician dremeled so deep into my nail she almost hit skin. On 6 of 10 nails. I also asked her for an almond shaped french manicure. All she did was slap the white tip on and put on a clear coat so you can clearly see the actual tip of my nails beneath the white. And it gets worse as it grows out. They also were very rude. After she'd finished my nails she looked long and hard at my face and then said, "Want me to do your eyebrows too?" Paid double what I'd normally pay for a good nail service and got sub par nails.

This place is a rip off!! I went in with my daughter so we could get gel nails. The lady that did my daughter's nails did a great job. She took her time and made sure they looked good and made conversation. The lady that did mine didn't file correctly, didn't size correctly, didn't make sure that the surfaces were even and straight and was just rude. They charged me $35 for each set. It was a total waste of money. It literally looks like I did the nails myself (zero knowledge on how to do so) they look awful, she didn't listen to me when I told her I wanted them a certain way, and didn't paint them as I had asked her to do. Uneven bumpy mess on my fingers that I can't stand to look at. At check out, she did something wrong on their credit card machine so it came back declined and she yells out to everyone in that room that my card was declined and that I needed to pay her right now. Aside from all that, this place is extremely dirty. Tools were not cleaned, work spaces nasty, and dirty nail scrubbers where clean ones should be. Very unsanitary. Don't waste your money here because you will be super disappointed when you walk out. Worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Oh did I forget to mention the employees talk smack about you right in front of your face? Yea real professional. Garbage. This place should be shut down.😡
