I needed a pedicure before I went on vacation I normally go into Lexington but was short on time. The lady made two of my toes bleed and made my heel bleed. I get pedicures often so my feet were not in bad shape. I actually told the lady she was hurting me and you could see the blood on my 2 toes. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place

Shittiest customer service. Winchester needs new nail shops because these people that run both nail pro and Winchester nails are awful. DO NOT HAVE THE CHUBBY FACED GIRL AT NAIL PRO DO YOUR NAILS. They don’t appreciate the customers that do come in on the regular. Rude employees and will never be back. Someone please open a new nail shop in Winchester!

I love this place I used to come here every month however we moved to richmond and decided to find a salon there worthless. I've been to a few in richmond and even fayette mall I will never go there anymore I will make appointments 3 days in advance to come here and only will I allow "Amanda" here give her a try shes the absolute best.
