I was in the shop in 3/24/18. My experience that day was the best ever. The lady running the shop and working the front desk was amazing. I believe her name was Maureen. This was by far the best experience I've had at this shop. This was the first time I was seen at the appointed time, and I wasn't bounced around and the nail technicians were not yelled at and argued with in front of the customers. Usually after arriving on time I have to wait 1-2 hours before my nails are started just to be bounced from chair to chair 4 or 5 different times and ultimately end up being over charged and have to recalculate the charges for usual lady that works the front desk to get an attitude and be more rude. The technicians do great work. I definitely appreciated the service I received on 3/24/18.

My nails are still in great shape after being done. Definitely a fantastic nail spa! The staff was very attentive to their customers and provided excellent customer service. My nails grew back quickly and weren't damaged after. The BEST!

My first experience there was not so great but Marlene made it better. She really is an asset to this place. My first manicure was far from great but upon hearing this Marlene called me and invited me back to get it fixed free of cost. The difference was night and day. She scheduled me for an S&S manicure and I loved it. Marlene you are great and your customer service skills are amazing. I hope the owners realize how wonderful you are.

This is one of the better shops in Laveen. It did take a couple visits to find a tech I meshed with and I really like her (Nancy) and you cannot beat a pedicure's with Sam - the massage will put you to sleep you will be so relaxed. I usually get a #9 Pedi and then once in awhile I treat myself to something more luxurious...tried the Jelly Pedi today...very nice!! To be honest, as with any shop like this, time management is not their specialty and I do usually have to wait for my tech to finish their prior appointment and it invariably encroaches into my appointment time, to varying durations. Although today was one of those rare occasions, I was 10 minutes early and Sam was waiting for me. Overall, I recommend this salon over any other salon in Laveen.

The new management sucks. Don't go here. Made an appointment. Waited an hour, they let 5 people who didn't have appointment go before me. And some just walked in and sat down and the nail tech shifted over to them. This was a great establishment but not anymore.
