To be honest, it was very pleasant. Quick and soothing. I didn't feel hurried at all. Outstanding service as well. Jennifer is very conscientious about her work and would devote her time to me even if she was short on time.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and told the nail lady I would like them cleaned up and not thin. She went on about how pretty my brows were only for me to view them and she had butchered my brows literally. They were unmatched and she had ruined them. Then when I went to voice my complaint she snatched my debit card and was speaking in such a nasty tone to me when it was her fault that my eyebrows were ruined. I will never come to this place again do to poor service and poor quality of work. Please save yourself the money and hardship of you being unhappy with their quality of work.
