Called twice and both times I was hung up on by a real worker. Then I tried making a online appointment which never seemed to get confirmed which I tried again to make. I assumed it would go through the next day so I called and finally got to a person who didn’t hang up and informed me I didn’t have a appointment and scheduled me 3 weeks later. Extremely infuriating that they have such horrible communication, website and they are unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to friends based on this awful experience .

The staff and instructors go above and beyond absolutely genuine,kindness i have been here many times and in my personal opinion,they are better overall compared to,any professional salons i have been to...Highly highly recommend Phagans for all,your beauty needs and the prices are Amazing.....

Waiting for haircut... So far, very friendly service and helpful with matching the best stylist for my needs. I already know the haircut will be good because I was referred by a friend.

Highly disappointed in this place. I paid $50+ to have my hair look like a 3 year old did it. I asked for a balayage and even showed them a photo of what I wanted (I’ve attached the photo here) and this is what they do to me. I was in there for 5 hours! I understand that it’s a beauty school and all, but the student had this checked by 2 instructors and they both said it was good. At the end of all this, one of the instructors asked me if I liked how my hair turned out, I said no that this isn’t even what I asked for. He completely ignored my comment and turned away to talk to another student. Thanks to Phagans, I had to go get my hair fixed the next morning and I’m sure the other salon thanks you for getting them another client (:
