Extremely rude, don’t give them your business. Go to the Austin nail supply store instead, they actually give you the time of day

The owner is extremely rude and constantly watched me the whole time I was in the store! I spent a good amount of money and then come home to realize one of the file bits he gave me for the drill I bought FROM HIM doesn’t even fit. I don’t even wanna go back to return it because of how uncomfortable I felt.

The owner is rude and unprofessional but the workers are nice and super nice. The store itself is disorganized and very hard to navigate through. They accept cash and card which is very convenient.

Well i dont recomend anyone coming here sad to say that because i just to come to this place so often but this last time i came here the owner was super rude i came in with my mom and aunt and first he wouldnt let me in even after i showed him my license finally he just said ok what ever come in ...so i find it very rude that he went to sit where the cameras where and he put it on the section where i was lookin my mom and aunt very rude like if we where going to steel something and he didint even care we were watching him do that and there was also another guy always watching us we current even shop good !!so let me tell you need to learn better customer service never ever going back the other shop near this one have better customer service i never like putting reviews but this just made me mad 🤨

Prices are fair and they have most major brand names. It’s not very organized but manageable
