Why bother making an appointment if you’re going to take me late and then rush me through? And don’t even get me started on the technicians. Some of them just don’t know how to do more than polish. Which is fine, but stick to just polish. Also, they never seem to offer a drink even though I see other customers with wine/soda.
This isn’t a one time experience either. This has happened multiple times, tried to give it a chance.
Don’t pay for an overpriced manicure and get cheap service.
Only reason I gave a second star is for their color selection.

So happy I walked in two weeks ago! Super friendly service, and excellent work. I waited until now to review so I could see if the nails lasted - and they did. Great work ladies!!

Schedule an appointment in advance, on time. They have nice and nice women, and the nail design for me is very satisfying. Super clean spa, new facilities. Good customer service, reasonable price.
