I started going here right when they opened and it was great. Then every time I went it got worse, only about 2 people know what they’re doing. I would spend on an average of 2.5-3 hours there for a dip fill, I would have multiple people work on my nails only to have them barely last a week.

I use to love this mail salon. Then they kept getting new people. Every week it seemed I would get a new person and my nails would look horrible. I know it's not fair, cause they are learning so I didn't complain. But it really sucked week after week being disappointed with my nails. So I just started going somewhere else

I was sorely disappointed with my second visit. Took over 2.5hrs for dip to be complete. I came in there were three people nearing the end of their treatment. I got to sit and soak my hands. Within ten minutes four or five older woman just drop in, then a mother her mother and two kids come in and my tech is completely distracted. This was my mother's day gift and this Entourage of disorganized behavior settled in. Then I get a tech who didn't know how to use the filer. So my fingers were not shedding the previous dip. When finally the third person arrive he was the guy everyone raves about. I was not impressed. He lost track of how many times he dipped my fingers. They looked ok for about three days. Then the peeling started. I needed them to last six days. They did not last past five days. Was very unhappy and will not be going back. Horrible customer service and they cannot handle the walk ins and the appointment folks. What's the point of an appointment if you are the one waiting for the walk ins. Never again.

I had the most uncomfortable experience! The woman continued to try to trick me into getting added charges on my pedicure. I asked for basic. She pointed out several things about me/my belongings and asked how much each cost. She then proceeded to tell the rest of the salon and scolded me that I paid too much. You worry about your money and I’ll manage mine, thanks! There are too many other options in Concord to bother coming back here.

First time coming here I came in looking to get dip removed, and new dip done. The woman filed off half the dip, then tried to let the remover work. She then filed them again, with the drill not a normal file, using that and taking off all of the length after I asked for her not to. She used the wrong file on the drill causing her to slip up my hands and fingers multiple times. I let it go the first couple of times Then she started pushing my cuticles back with the drill! And kept nicking my fingers. My hands looked worse leaving there then when I went in. I asked her to stop and I would pay for just the removal of the dip, which they still charged me $10 for my nails were ruined. I could of removed my own dip with way less pain. I went somewhere else and they could not believe that's how awful my fingers looked, not even just my nails. I wish I could post a picture, of them! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.
