I usually go here and love it! But this last visit I felt like they were rushing me out so I left before my nails were dry because she said they were fine and I had to come back in because they were not. They seemed upset at me but they did fix it which I’m thankful for. But since it got messed up I wanted to stay and let it dry longer and then once again told me To leave. I understand how fixing the nail was annoying but they seemed to be very annoyed and it just made me feel crummy.

I love this place! They are always busy, a testament to their great work, so make an appointment but everyone that works there is amazing! They are always friendly and happy to see me. My dip powder nails are perfect everytime! Never too thick and they last for weeks. I love the attention to detail and the care. Love!

Solid B experience. They have an online booking system they don't usually rely on, but it's still available on their site, so it would be better if that wasn't an option. Also, the quality of the mani-pedi could have been better in general. I have hardened skin on the side of my nails they didnt file or clip, and my feet aren't as soft as they could be considering I got a deluxe pedi. Granted, polish is flawless, got my nails filed into the shape I like, and it didnt take long for a walk-in Sunday appt.

I went in on July 3rd to get a set of acrylics done before the 4th of July & when I go to the beach in less than two weeks. I specifically showed them the shape I wanted and they gave me almonds & lop sided almonds for that matter. The paint is bubbly, chipped, and not even on some parts of the nail. My friends say this place is highly recommended so i expected high out of it. I called this morning and I asked for a refund and she told me that they can’t do that because the acrylic nail isn’t their fault and they can only fix the paint. I’m debating about going there in person today to get my money back because i’m not gonna go sit in a chair to get the same bad job done. I’m unhappy with this nail job & I love getting my nails done.
