I visited today and Ruby did my nails. I was watching what she was doing because I want to learn this for myself. She only dipped my nails in color 2 times but insisted she did it 3 times. I'm watching, she's talking to her coworker the entire time. I wasn't happy with the color...there was no color...so we did 2 dips of another color but she only put activator on one hand and told me she did both...no, she didn't. She was flustered that I was taking up more of her time. Sorry. There was one other woman there having her nails done by Tam and she wasn't thrilled either. She was told to come back later and see Laura. I was also told to come back later and see Laura. They are right Laura is the best! I have had her in the past and she does a fantastic job. I give her 5 stars!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time coming in and we had no clue what to do and we stood up front for about 10 minutes and none of the employees spoke. The only way we got checked in was because a customer getting her nails done told us. Would not recommend.

Those who know, I am completely picky about my nails. My first experience here was amazing. They took their time during my pedicure and I was very relaxed. Danny's attention to detail was amazing, I didn't have to critique him at all. He went above and beyond and they have earned my long term business.

I love getting my nails don’t by Laura and Mary! They are always so kind, welcoming and give me exactly what I ask for! They often give 10% off and take extra good care of their customers.
