Terrible! The woman who was cutting my hair gave up 3 times finally I asked am instructor to finish cutting my hair. Final result I hate it? I don't know why I paid for it. Worse experience of my hair's life. Beware.

Waste of time. Even if u take an appointment they don't care they will not do anything . Horrible experience.

Unprofessional and low class. Posted hours say 9 but the employees have no regard for the paying clients time.. yes it’s cheap here but the aggravation is just not worth it. You will wait hours for assistance. Spend your money at a place that respects and values your time.

STAY AWAY! I decided to try out empire beauty school for a haircut and had a horrible experience. My student stylist really tried to do what I asked for (simple shoulder length bob) but every time her instructor came over, he started cutting without first asking me what I wanted. Each time I raised concerns about the cut being uneven (due to the instructor cutting one side and the student cutting the other), it got shorter and stranger. I ended up with a much shorter length than I asked (even though I repeatedly stressed shoulder length and showed pictures). My hair is longer on one side than the other, and has layers on one side where the instructor started cutting, no layers on the other side where the student stylist cut my hair. I'll be rocking hats and headbands till it's long enough to get it fixed at a real salon. The instructor was completely delusional and rude. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I asked the instructor to stop cutting my hair because I didn't want layers and he wasn't listening, he got offended and started telling me about his "awards for cutting model's hair". He said if I didn't like my hair I should blame my parents. He yelled to the rest of the room that I wouldn't be happy if GOD cut my hair and that I shouldn't be allowed back. Don't worry, I won't be!
