Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back. I have been to many nail salons here in Knoxville over the years and never has someone been so detailed with the services they had to offer. I wanted acrylic white tips and Troy told me about all their options and was completely honest about each option with no pressure to purchase the most expensive. I chose the Ombré and absolutely LOVE my nails. I am so pleased with his work, he took his time and seriously I have never talked so much with someone doing my nails, which was so refreshing. Troy is now my nail guy as long as he is in Knoxville, so he has to stay :) Oh and Nick did my eyebrows and they look amazing!

Called ahead to make an appointment and ask specifically if they did liquid gel nails, I was told yes. Of course I get there and it was a lie, but they told me they ran out. Ok so if you know you have a client coming in for a service, GO GET THE PRODUCTS YOU NEED AHEAD OF TIME! I can’t stand being lied to. So they tried to pass acrylic off as “powder gel”. I am a licensed hairdresser, not an idiot I know acrylic when I see it. Then I got a pedicure, possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The polish was so thick and clumpy she had to add thinner to it. I ask her to take it off my big toe and redo it because it was so thick and clumped up, she suddenly didn’t t understand English and left it that way. Don’t waste your time with this place if you like quality service and honest people.

I went here about a week ago to get a fill before my friends wedding and needless to say I was blown away by the final product. This is the best stiletto shape I have ever had (I’ve been doing stiletto nails for about 2 years now) and this is the best set I’ve seen. They were extremely nice and helpful and talked to me more than they did eachother which made me feel comfortable and welcome. They also did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. I highly recommend diva nails to anyone that wants a clean and beautiful full set or needs some clean up done on their eyebrows

I went there based upon other customer reviews to get dip power nails done. The employees were not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly. I actually decided to get my first pedicure while I was there because of how great their customer service was. I will be back and will recommend them to others.

I googled nail salons close to me while traveling and so thankful I ended up here! Troy took his time on my dip nails & was very knowledgeable about maintaining healthy nails! I will always visit this salon while in Knoxville!
