My first time here today 3/23/19, I had my friend with me and young daughter. The techs made faces at my friend when they found out it wasn't her only child and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. But that's besides the point, it took nearly 2 HOURS for a gel full set. My tech stopped every 2 minutes to tend to EVERYONE ELSE AROUND HIM, except for his own customer (me). I told him I wanted the dip color, he gave me gel. My thumbs are significantly smaller than the rest of the nails, he did not cut my cuticles, and come on.... 2 hours?!?!
To make matters worse, he sends me into a room in the back for a simple 5 minute eyebrow wax, I waited 25 MINUTES and no one ever came back there. They walked by the room, they stared at me in the room, and when I finally walked out of the room to come back to the front, I get an ATTITUDE because I waited 25 minutes and refused to wait a minute more.
I do not recommend this place, at least not on a Saturday... 2 women sat in the pedicure chairs and were there longer than myself....

Everyone is very nice. You feel welcome when you enter. My hairdresser Hailey is fantastic! I like that she always asks if there is any problem that I am having with my hair and whatever I say she has the fix. She always does a fantastic job and I am always happy with the outcome. The salon itself is very clean and means a lot. I suggest that if you haven't been there give it a try and I promise you will be happy.

I have been there multiple times and have left happy; however, the last time I went I was extremely disappointed. I had a full set put on and left being very disappointed. 1. My nails HURT! 2. He did not push back my cuticles so they looked grown out the moment I left 3. He asked me wanted I wanted but did not do what I asked 4. My nails looked caked on and crooked. At first, I thought my expectations were too high but then I went to splendid nails around the corner and left extremely satisfied.

The man that did my nails, I believe his name was tommy, was VERY unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Give another nail salon, that will actually treat you like a paying customer, your business.

This was my 1st time going since the transition and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. Aeden listened intently and shaped my nails perfectly. I will definitely be back.....
