My experience was terrific from start to finish. Students are receptive to client requests. I got a fabulous cut and color. The stylist and teacher were sweet as can be. They explained face shapes and what is most flattering. I am going back for an appointment in 1 month for a touch up and recommend Paul Mitchell Institute to everyone. Very satisfied customer.

I wanted to like them. They were wonderful the first time I went there. But now it seems I won't be again, as it seems they're taking my cancellation out on me. I unfortunately couldn't make an appointment due to a strained muscle and a cold. So I said I'd make a new appointment when I felt better. But now every time I call nobody answers, and when I request an appointment online (which I've done 5 times), nobody gets back to me. So now I guess I have to find a new place.

I have always had a great experience at Paul Mitchell! As long as you keep in mind that it will take time because these are students, you will not be disappointed! I have never had a bad cut or color here! Thanks Paul Mitchell!!!

I mean... I would recommend going to a real salon... I went to get my nails done and the girl was nice but they put you in a room that smells like so many chemicals it's hard to sit there. They did give me a mask though so that was nice. But honestly, I wanted to save some money and it's not worth it. The manicure is awful, uneven layers and bits of nail polish all over the place. disappointed to say the least, I mean cmon I do it myself better :/ and the "spa" experience is just rubbing greasy exfoliator all over your arms, cold towels and excess cheap lotion. 15$ tho so *shrug*

I enjoy coming to see my stylist Sarah. She is real with me and is willing to work with me. Although I had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed because of my crazy curls and going from so long to so short, Sarah fixed them and made it look fabulous. Then when I went back for my dye job. Sarah amazing me again. It is definitely worth going, you just have to find the right person and go with your instincts. If they don't fit what you think you want, go with someone else, I communicated what I wanted and they matched me with Sarah and I have been satisfied. She is amazing!
