If I could rate lower than one star I would. I NEVER do mean reviews on restaurants or salons or anything, but this is necessary. I had nail tech #3, was not a fan from the beginning. She cut my nails too short, hurt me several times with the mechanical tool, and did too many layers of dipping powder on my nails after I asked her not to. None of this would have been a problem if I hadn’t said anything, but I did. I asked her to keep them long, she continued to file them saying she was just shaping. When I told her I didn’t want my nails so thick, she said if she kept it thin they would break, then continued to add more layers. When I went to pay, I paid for my pedicure and said I would pay $20 of the manicure for labor, but I would not pay full price because she did everything I didn’t want. Most of the nail techs had gone home by now because it’s closing time. Two ladies were left and one locked me inside the salon, refusing to let me leave until I paid $75 (which it should have only been $65). They then yelled at me while I tried to explain why I didn’t like them. They both talked over me and threatened to call police if I didn’t pay. They are absolutely ridiculous and only care about the money and not customer satisfaction. I was so disappointed in my entire experience. I do NOT recommend.

Absolutely the best treatment and service. I LOVE MRS. TERESA (#3) I WILL RETURN!!!
***I ONLY ALLOW MRS. TREESA (#3) TO DO MY NAILS. SHE DOSE HIGH QUALITY WORK!
*#4 is in to much of a hurry and dose shotty work. Totally unsatisfied with her.

Older lady was very rude. My nails are uneven and chipping paint. Also watched her use a dirty towel to lay down, had old nails stuck to it. Will not ever go back again.

Rude, and they don't do a good job. They do what THEY want not what you want.
