Never open during posted hours when I have visited. Just randomly close during regular business hours. Unprofessional. I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to see if they are open first.

Great old fashioned professional kitchen supply like we used to have in The Bowery in NYC. An affordable and convenient alternative to Restaurant Depot if you're only looking for equipment.

I just went here, looking for some ns lids that didn't come with some pots and pans I got at an auction. Great service! They helped me find everything I was looking for and they had all the lids too!

I've bought a bunch of things here -- restaurant kitchen supplies like Cambro containers, decent work-a-day chefs knives (Victorinox, Dexter), etc. Prices are good, and they let average Joes like myself buy, without being a professional with a business account.
