I purchased a $100 flat iron. Same brand, same iron as I always buy at the same store. 3 weeks later it stopped working. I have used the same brand for years. And from that experience, I had no problem throwing away the receipt. But the manager in the store would do nothing to help me. So like an idiot, I bought another one since i needed it desperately and did not have time to run to another store. But that will be the very last dime I spend there. So much for customer service. And so much for spending money in that place for 20 years supporting local businesses. Its Amazon for me from now on.

i LOVE this place!!! even forgot my wallet there one day -- and within 5 minutes they called to have me come get it!!! staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable

no return policy is bad. staff advises you on a color, color is then wrong, and you cant return or get a credit whatsoever! staff not knowledgeable and the management has BAD attitude. bunch of robots. need better return policy and a lot better customer service.

Great place. The ladies who work there normally know their stuff and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Prices are ok. And, for the most part have anything one needs to be pretty.

Always extremely helpful.. everyone is nice never had a bad experience been going there since they opened this location
