I do appreciate some additional knowledge that was shared but the prices need to be lowered and the quality of hair needs to be better. I spent over $100 on hair that's shedding like an animal. Not happy. When you know a great beauty supply you rate it as such. Customer service was ok but the quality and prices need to be better. We need more beauty supply stores in this area.

Being that this is the only beauty supply in Conroe the products sold here are quite expensive. It's not a lot of variety of hair and even colors...ex: Out of #2 in this hair or only had #4 in this type of hair. Sam needs to come down on its prices and go to a better vendor for hair products.

Could ease up on the price of wigs I'll put the gas in my car and go buy 2 wigs in Houston seriously
