I usually love going to Nails du Jour but last week I had the worst manicure of my life here. I've actually never posted a review before, but this experience was so bad that I had to. I got a dip powder manicure by someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing. It took over an hour and a half for just my manicure because the person doing it was messing up so much, and clearly was unsure of what to do. He kept apologizing because it was turning out so horribly, and other workers kept coming up to us and noticing how awful my nails were turning out, yet said nothing or did nothing to improve them. I was made to bleed multiple times when he was working on my cuticles, and now they are still red and i think I even got an infection. Worst manicure I've EVER received. When i was checking out, the manicurist again apologized for how bad they turned out yet i was made to pay full price. This is what frustrated me the most. They knew what a bad job they did, yet didn't care. I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE again and i reccomend you do NOT get a dip powder manicure here.

VERY NICE PLACE AND SO RELAXING. I WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN..GREAT JOB THEY DO AS WELL.

Love Love Love going to this salon. John is amazing at what he does and always gives suggestions if you can't decide what you want. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I travel to them from Winchester, VA so that alone should say something.

I made a last minute appointment and went here on a whim and I'm so happy I did! Sabrina did my pedicure and my legs and feet are so soft and she did the most beautiful design for me! The atmosphere was perfect and Sabrina along with her coworkers were so awesome to talk to. Really great experience, totally recommend! I'll definitely be back.

Heather is by far the best on the planet, as well as other technicians when she is not available. Champagne available as well! Bonus Points!!
