I've been here twice now and the first time the lady that did my nails everything was fine but today I went and asked for a manicure and an acrylic set. Hardly any effort in the manicure I had to ask for her to cut my nails before doing the acrylics, she was filing my nail down and hit my cuticle making it bleed then putting some blue liquid on it and it just stung so bad she didn't try to fix where the skin was ripped at the cuticle and now I'm at home my finger in throbbing and it feels like a bad hang nail until my acrylic.. she didn't even try to understand me and listen. I don't know if I will be going back especially the way my finger is looking.. will post update on my finger

Little to no effort when doing my nails. But it gets worse. This past week, while receiving a pedicure, the “technician” cut me with the cuticle clippers. Because she cut deep enough to cause blood, she rushed to fix the situation and put some type of green liquid on the injured area without my permission. It has now been 4 days since the incident- each day my toe has become more and more in pain. Following up with my doctors this week to ensure I do not have an infection.
