Nice lobby, free coffee. The work done on my car is always to satisfaction although the wait times can be a little long. On this particular visit i was helped by a gentlemen whose name started with a C; they were very direct and very efficient. They had confidence in their knowledge and abilities which is always a good thing. I would recomend this shop to friends!

Joseph and Josh stayed open late to fit me in and get my tires balanced when I didn't have an appointment but needed the car serviced. My car got excellent work and the staff were professional, friendly and very understanding. THANK YOU!

I came in today for a slow leak in a tire. They took care of me with no issues and excellent service. What really impressed me though was the individual who was assisting a customer who was deaf. They had clearly been "talking" for a while, writing notes back and forth. The employee called a separate establishment on behalf of the customer because of some aoparent warranty work on what was wrong with vehicle. The employee explained the situation a and set up the appointment at the separate establishment. The employee relayed all of this information to the customer. It was very encouraging and commendable. Even without any translator to assist with the sign language everyone just took their time to make sure the information was provided to the customer.
Very positive experience waiting for my flat tire to be repaired.

This shop provides impeccable service. The staff is honest and trust worthy. I watched one day as they helped a young couple who's car had been damaged by a competitors repair shop. The Firestone employee alerted the couple of the danger of driving their vehicle and helped them to navigate the tedious process of getting the justice they deserved. The firestone employee literally saved their lives! The Firestone employee also went above and beyond in helping this young couple know their legal rights and helping ease a stressful situation. Truly amazing service!!

John the store manager was amazing knew exactly what i needed and got me in and out quick! Austin the tech worked fast and diligent ly! The best auto service experience ive ever had!
