I thought the ms. working during my experience here, was quite nice. She was also very helpful and informative of different things I should consider before buying, or jumping into anything. -recommended.

I love the selection. They carry pretty much every line I can think of. The only issue that I have is I like to take my time and browse. Every time I go, I feel watched. I don't even carry a purse in because of that.

My wife and I were in the store last week hoping to have Stacy help us again we always look for her when we go in but it appears that she is no longer there we guess that she was tired of being treated disrespectful we have heard him doing this to both employees we hate not seeing her always outgoing helpful, so we will find another place to do business can not support a place that allows a manager to treat his help this way.You really need to do what you can to get her to return.

I’m so disappointed in this shop, the lady DAWN, brought me to tears. Me and my mom came in right after getting some more tests ran, (I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma) to try to make it a special and fun thing for me, considering I’m starting chemo this Thursday. We walk in I get all excited and see a few wigs I wanted to try on. We had to ask Dawn if we needed to get a cap and she (sounding VERY annoyed) said yes....she dosnt tell us where to find or buy them so we just walk around just LOOKING at wigs, my mom reaches up to grab one I said I liked, and Dawn snaps at her telling her we can’t touch them. So we say okay and just keep looking.... expecting some guidance a few moments later she makes her way to us after unboxing or putting something away (I guess that was more important than the customers who obviously needed help) She finally walks over with a terrible attitude and says “are you just here to play with them” SO coldly. Making me feel embarrassed and like a burden on her. My mom could also tell she was being VERY rude as well and so my mom asked “is there a problem? she’s got cancer and is about to go through chemo” trying to explain why we were there and the sensitivity of the situation. Dawn just argued with us and talked over us and never once apologized or sympathized with us. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. All I wanted was a little help but she immediately assumed I was there to just “play” with the wigs. And when I went back in to get her name she STILL continued to argue with me and kept avoiding telling me her name. I didn’t need an explanation or excuses from her, and that’s all she wanted to do was argue, I had to ask her about five times what her name was. Never will I or anyone I ever talk to be back there. P.S. I went and bought two BEAUTIFUL wigs from the sweeetest lady at JUDI’S WIGS on memorial. Definitely recommend that shop.

Terrible ! Lady talked me into a pony tail. That was to big for my head. Didn't match my hair. When I got home husband said. That doesn't match. I called ask if I can exchange it as I had not taken it out of package. No. They would not exchange. Never never go there again pushy own. Customer doesn't matter . $$ is hr only interest
