I came here a little while ago and it was amazing. At first I felt a little out of place, but overall the experience was amazing. I love how they have so many different colors and styles. They also are very nice and ask what we want but also give input on what they think would look good. I am definitely going back. They are reasonable priced and it was a refreshing feeling knowing I'm getting my nails looking nice while not spending a boat load of money.

I have already come twice to this place and NEVER again will I return. The first time I asked them to remove my acrylics because my actual nails were already very fragile as it is so I didn’t want to rip them off myself. Well the lady doing my nails starts ripping them off using a fake nail to pry my acrylics off of my nails. I told her several times not to and that it was hurting and she continued until I ripped my hand away and told her to stop doing that. Once she did my nails they weren’t too bad and she told me I had one week Incase they got chipped or broke they would fix them for free. So I thought maybe I should give this place another chance. One of my nails broke and I decided to come in and get it fixed, apparently I went in a day after the week was over so they insisted on charging me to fix it. On top of that they gave me the same lady to fix it, she not only put the wrong color, she left my finger completely red from the product, and she left my nail ugly and bulgy. When she was “done” she walked away from me to help someone else and told me to let it dry. After I sat there looking at the nail I told her I didn’t like it and that the color was wrong, she went on to tell me that the color would get lighter over time and sent me on my way. I am in disbelief at how horribly I keep being treated after expressing myself serveral times to this lady. Her name is Tammy, if you’re going to this place DO NOT GO WITH HER.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They ripped my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding, and then put super glue over the blood. They didn’t even have one person in the salon that knew how to put on acrylics. The staff pay little attention to the customers and the wait is usually more than 15 minutes. Not to mention that majority of the employees are very rude. They were not gentle at all. If I could I would rate this place with no stars. I would definitely not recommend this nail salon to ANYONE..

I visited this salon a few weeks ago & had a horrible experience... 2 days later I received a phone call from AP (the manager) he wanted to hear “my side” of the story. He stayed on the phone with me for at least 30 minutes, he heard me out, he was apologetic & he wanted to fix what was done. While most companies typically don’t care to fix an issue, AP went beyond to make sure what happened was fixed. He stayed in contact with me, he scheduled the appointment with a very sweet girl, the point is the 2nd appointment was a great experience. I’m thinking I may give this place another try after all.

Pretty disgusting that this place tries to pretend they are putting a product that’s suppose to be “healthier” than acrylics on your nails while they kill the patrons of Starbucks with their cigarette smoke as we wait for our coffee out back... did I mention they also throw their cigarette butts on the ground so they can blow away and cause a potential fire??? Disgusting. This isn’t just one employee there... it’s all of them and it needs to stop!!!! Only reason it got one star is so I could let you all know. Spend your money elsewhere.
