I called and made an appointment to get right in. Nguyen was the absolute best! I get the dip on my natural nails. He took the time to make sure my cuticles were cleaned up and perfect!
He didn’t rush and did a fantastic job on my nails. I’m extremely picky and I couldn’t be happier! Def will be my new nail place!
Hands down 5 stars!

I frequent Ice Nails at a regular cadence, as I recognize it as one of the best nail salons in the area. I always get the same services done, and 95% of the time, I am more than satisfied with the service I receive. However, I credit the nail service and the customer service differently.
My main issue is that I have been OVERCHARGED on at least 3 visits. I do believe this was done intentionally. The first time I thought that perhaps the prices just increased, so I kept silent. Then on a following visit in which I received the same services, I paid less. Yet, on another visit, I was charged even more. The technician(s) who were taking my payment had an air about them that suggested they KNEW they were overcharging. Still, I said nothing, as I am not typically one to cause an uproar. Recently, I checked the salon's Facebook page and screenshotted the listed prices. Prior to making an appointment, I called to ask about the price of each service I planned to receive. This will be my practice from now on. The next time I am overcharged, I WILL cause an uproar. It is a disgusting practice, especially to a loyal customer.
I hate to make assumptions about why this issue has occurred. Maybe it was a mistake. Maybe there is something nefarious going on. Maybe I do not tip enough, so they decide to take a little extra for themselves. I am a young black woman just trying to make her way in the professional world. I do what I can.
If ICE Nails reaches out to resolve this situation, then I will increase my rating. However, I recommend that all clientele play close attention to what they are charged. It is a beautiful, well-kept salon with mostly talented technicians, but this means nothing if you clients are mistreated.

When I moved to Indy I went to 6 different nail salons trying to find a new regular place before I found Ice Nails & I’ve been coming in regularly for now 3 years! They are so attentive to what I want & are exceptional at what they do.

I scheduled me and my daughters mani pedicure 3 days ago and when we arrived they did my girls quickly but never started my hands I asked a few times but the language barrier on our tech was very bad but she qas very sweet and was patient with my 2 year old but the managers need to learn better English because they never got to my hands and couldn't understand what I was saying my oldest daughter was told she couldn't get her nails painted though I paid for a manicure and pedicure so much confusion not to mention trying to changed me 55 to paint my oldest who's 9 gel mood change we definitely will not return

Lady with short hair and the main guy who was running everything was very rude . They both got mad bc I didn’t know the number of the color I wanted. The lady put the water very hot and was pulling and tugging my feet. Handled my toes very rough. To the point where she made my big toe bleed. Please don’t go to this place. Not worth it at all
