Wish I could give a negative rating. Most horrible experience I have ever had. I knew I was in trouble when the female technician would not let me have warmer water in the bath — she assured me it was fine as it was. She was extremely rough with clippers and the nail file. Then when I asked to have my polish a certain way, she refused. By then she was yelling (YELLING) at me telling me it was her job to know what was best for me. I finally stopped her and began to leave. I offered $20 on a $25 basic pedicure that was not finished and she threatened me saying I could not leave until I paid her in full. Hope she was not the owner, because she has a lot to learn about customer service.

I had a great experience. Got me in quickly, very friendly and I will be back.

It has been years since I went to VIP nails because they just dont do a great job for the price. I tried them again and regret it. Me and my daughter showed up a little before 6:30 and they close at 7:30. I asked do yall have time for 2 pedicures at this time? They said yes. The whole time they rushed us and even talked back and forth how they didn't want to see any more customers even laughing saying go away...go away. The next day I have chipped toe paint. They looked horrible! I will try to post the picture. I took the polish off and painted them at home. I won't be back.
