The space is clean, spacious and friendly and the service is amazing. Tom was hyped up in this place and booked so I had Carmen and she is a true gem. Carmen did both my manicure and pedicure. The services she provided was an acrylic soak and an S&S (silk natural nail wrap) and a spa pedicure. She was very gentle with every tool that was used and attentive and provided me with exactly what I asked for. Also remember every $$ adds up so upon walking in know what you want because it can be overwhelming to consistently be asked by different staff do you want additional services but its good to know and your techs suggestions could be on point! Go Carmen!!!

Very slow service. I waited for 40 minutes sitting with my feet in cold water, before I received any services. A little scheme I discovered they do, set you up in the pedi area and then leave you sitting there for a long time. They figure you won't walk out because, you're already set up, feet soaking. It wasn't until I asked for a towel and began to get ready to leave, when they finally wanted to perform the service. Big spacious salon, with little staff. Only 1 to 2 workers doing pedicures.

Very bad service the woman who did my mani put so much nail polish on my nails it didnt look smooth there was polish all over my nails i told the people who work there didnt even care.... not a good place
