Horrible experience they are extremely rude. It took 1 hour and half to just do my feet. And it was a good pedicure but my painting was horrible. Paint every where. Like I let a 1 year old do my feet. And then Kim had the nerves to tell Me I still have to pay and give a tip. And made me wait 30 minutes to repolish my feet. Horrible stay away.

NEVER go here! There is a nail tech named Josh that was very rude. While doing a regular toe polish, I asked him to change one of the toe colors. Josh exploded on me. He told me "I am chilling today and you cant just change your mind. You know what someone else will finish polishing you." At that point, the owner of the shop came over and finished my polish request. Then, the owner took Josh outside to talk to him. I told the owner I would never come again. Horrible. And really scary.

I have been coming here for 2 years. I have never had an issue. Today, Tony did my nails. He wasn’t polishing the nail in its entirety so I asked him if he could give me another coat. Up until this point he was very pleasant. He then begin to yell and scream about how he will never do my nails again. I was very confused because he had only done by nails one time ever. Usually Tom does my nails who just so happened not to be in the shop today. I asked politely if someone could fix my nails and the lady at the front desk said she would. However, she wanted to polish on top of what Tony had done. I explained that I was not in a rush and that I would wait for someone to fix my nails correctly. They all began speaking amongst their language I’m assuming agreeing to not do my nails. At this time I had already paid. The lady told me to come back tomorrow. I explained to her that I could not. She then yelled and said well come back next week when Tom is here. We cannot help you. I was embarrassed and shocked at the treatment that they gave. Had Tom been in the shop this situation would’ve never gotten to this point. Unfortunately for Tom, I will never come to this shop again!

Messy. The lady doing my nails looked at the design I wanted and proceeded to do it knowing she couldn’t and messed up horribly. Messy.
