I have been going to this place for years and absolutely love them all. I have never seen them treat anyone rude, complete opposite honestly.
They have a beautiful, well cared for tank of Oscars, new massage chairs and foot bowls, and always very clean. Never in my life have I had a pedicure that looked this good. And my ANC, I am very hard on my nails as a mechanical engineer, and get 3 weeks in-between visits.
My advice to others that I have seen treat them rudely, treat others as you want to be treated, think if English was your second language.
I was just stopping by to see the hours and read some old reviews. I 100% recommend them to everyone I know. They have several gentlemen clients as well, I know, I sent them there and they got hooked. everyone can always use a little help with the paws and claws,

Awesome job!!!!!! Moved here from the south and been looking for a nail salon for over a year now. We finally found the salon we can call home!!!!! Tooo excited!!!!

I came here on a friend's recommendation ,instead of going to my regular place ( just to try someone new) huge mistake!!!
The lady in chair 1cuts of all my real nails and then says "its ok ?" , not ok but to late now right!!
The young lady who did my pedi was nice, pedi ok ,however it took hour and a half to do a regular pedicure.. Didnt use a razor(which im sure i could have used),only the pumice.. I have an ingrown nail she didn't cut it out.
Was very dark in this area too..
The gent that works here ( nail dr. According to him,lol ) kinda saved the experience by putting on extensions..
Didnt hot towel, lotion and/or massage my hands..
However i was charged full price for a bad experience.. Im pretty sure he said (broken English) pedi was 25 and hands were 35. So i hand him 60 (plus tip) and he then says its 70... Im so upset about my nails i just tip everyone (as i customarily do and tip well also) and leave..
Nails look nice , but they are plastic!!! Place was clean..
I gave 2 stars bc the guy was able to make em cute dispite all else...

These people are just the rudest! They do a poor job then expect a tip!? I rather travel all the way to central ave in Albany. Dont waste your hard working money. Go somewhere where they will appreciate you as a costumer.
