My tech was pretty nice and he gave good customer service, the other techs were nice too they were just loud and unprofessional. If you don't mind the ratchetness you'll be fine. This isn't a place to go if you're looking for a serine place to relax. It's loud, nail techs are eating at the stations, on the phone, and just outright ratchet. It's more urban. It didn't bother me that much because I always like a good laugh and everyone seems to know each other. People were just able to be themselves. It's a fun atmosphere. My main issue is with the presentation. The furniture needs to be updated and it needs to be cleaned. When I walked in and sat down on the couch, I nearly fell through it. The couches are also disgusting and doesn't look very clean.

My experience at this nail salon was horrible! The nail techs were very unprofessional. They were cursing, face timing on their phones and yelling about who was whose baby mama and baby daddy. On top of that, the lady doing my nails did an awful job. She did not remove all the previous nail polish, she painted on my fingers and was distracted with everyone else’s conversation. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Went for my birthday, and it looked like I needed a refill as soon as I left. Terrible service. The girl doing my nails kept smacking her teeth and me and got mad when I told her I wanted a pedicure also.
